Hope everyone had a great Easter. We had a fabulous time at Trudi’s house with our family. My mom and Bill organized the weekend and it was jam packed with fun activities. Everyone had a great time. Here are some pictures that highlighted the weekend.

Making Easter cookies. We ate them faster then we could decorate them….yummy!

Tammy and I were responsible for bringing a craft for the girls to do. I brought the paper topiary craft that Steph taught my girlfriends and I how to do awhile back. Everyone loved it. Then Tammy brought a felting craft. We made the most adorable little birds. So fun!

What did the men do while the girls crafted? Played games, of course. Every time we get together, the guys get addicted to a board game or chess. Here’s Dan and Jan playing some sort of laser game.

After crafting, we all settled in to color Easter eggs. That was a lot of fun…we had a ton of eggs as everyone brought 12 dozen with them.

Easter morning everyone woke up and hunted for their Easter baskets. We made Olivia a little treasure hunt which she loved. All the adults drew names and made up a basket for that person. That was a lot of fun and was a nice treat since it’s rare that the Easter Bunny brings adults anything!

In the afternoon we went on an Easter Egg hunt. Mom and Bill filled around 200+ eggs for everyone. Boy…there were a lot of them. Everyone had a fun time hunting for eggs. Dan and Billy hid them all, thanks guys!

After the hunt, everyone helped prepare Easter brunch. SO much wonderful food. Aren’t those little bunnies cute. Mom bought them for everyone as a little favor.

All and all it was a great Easter. Thanks to mom and Bill for organizing everything and to Trudi for hosting.
