Remember the plethora of tomatoes I spoke about a few posts ago? Well Dan and I tried our hand at homemade tomato sauce last night. I took a few pics to document, that yes, I have indeed made tomato sauce by hand once in my life…which although it was very yummy, it is a time consuming process. I was very happy though that I actually was able to use the herbs that I planted (albeit the first time!).
