Amy, Havalynn, and I all ran a 5k on Saturday at Stone Ridge. This was Havalynn’s first 5k and she did awesome.! Both Amy and I are now running 5k’s for speed…trying to maintain a 10 minute pace. I’m happy to report we both accomplished our goal. My time was 31:01 with a 9:59 pace. Yahoo!
