Our neighbor friend invited us to tailgate with him and his family at the Loudoun Hunt to Hunt races on Easter day. They do this every year and have a fabulous rail side spot with loads of food and wine. He is a freelance National Geographic photographer and he brought all his very cool and very expensive lenses with him. He let me borrow a few…very fun for a amateur photographer like me. We had a really great time. It was fun watching the races and we loved the sound of their hooves racing by…we sat pretty close! It was a very nice way to spend Easter afternoon.
