Dan took Olivia out to the batting cage for the very first time. After a few attempts, she got the hang of it and enjoyed herself. Afterwards, I asked her if she would like to join a girl’s softball team … she answered, “Nope Mommy I’m still a gymnast.”
We had just a little bit of drama … one of the balls hit her hand, but she kept on swinging and crying in the batter’s cage until her balls were done … then she came out and cried it out a little … but got back right in in there.
