This basically applies to anything that’s good for you, but difficult to find the motivation ton to get started.  Examples – working out, eating healthy, saying your sorry, cleaning, completing a project at work, etc..  Once you realize this … you’ll remember that waiting to feel motivated is a complete waste of time.  It’s the momentum that brings on the motivation.
