I counted down the days until we move Olivia to University of Tampa – 43 days!! I can’t even believe it … some days we feel SO ready and other days, I want to lock her into her room and never let her leave. We are trying to make the best of the summer care free days before she starts her own journey of living more days away from us then with us – oh no I feel the tears!
So I decided to document the days before we move her into her dorm on August 25h. Here we go …
Peach and blackberry picking – of course we probably ate more then we took home, but isn’t that the point? We missed strawberry and blueberry season – but plenty of peaches and blackberries were on the agenda. The next day it was clear we had to make something out of the peaches or they would rot on our counter – so Peach and Blackberry cobbler it was. Yummy! Here’s the recipe.
