I have been wanting to try to make a green smoothie forever, but was always ‘afraid’ to.  Thinking it would turn out gross and disgusting.  Well, today was the day!  It was sooooo delicious!  Definitely will be making these more often and love how healthy they are for you!

Ingredients:
– Kale
– Parsley
– Blueberries
– Banana
– Strawberries
– Kefir
– 1 tsp water
