Dan is the official bed time story reader. Every single night, when he is home, he reads Olivia a story before bed. He’s much better at this ‘commitment’ than I am … I give him credit, no matter how tired he is, he will read Olivia a story before bed. I love to hear his funny voices he makes for the characters in the book and Olivia’s giggles at her Daddy’s various sound effects … puts a smile on my face as I listen in from the other room. Then it will get really quiet (like it is at this very moment) and I’ll tip toe past the room and there I will see them, both sound asleep, with a pile of books around them. Sweet moments to cherish…..they will be over in a blink of an eye!
